Cimescaut SA is a Belgium-based company engaged in the production and sale of crushed limestone and related products. The Company's activities include the extraction of limestone, the production of crushed limestone, grit, compound mixtures, and the manufacture and delivery of prepared concrete. These products are used in road building, hydraulic works and other building projects, primarily in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. As of December 31, 2011, Cimescaut SA had a number of subsidiaries in Belgium and France, including Cimescaut Materiaux SA, Materiaux Traites du Hainaut, SAS Cimescaut Vente Granulats, Carrieres du Fond des Vaulx SA and SA Condroz Beton.
