Dexia SA is a Belgian-based bank that focuses on Public and Wholesale Banking, providing local public finance actors with comprehensive banking and financial solutions, and on Retail and Commercial Banking in Europe, mainly Belgium, Luxembourg and Turkey. The commercial franchises in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and the Iberian Peninsula markets are core markets for Public and Wholesale Banking.
