(EDAP) is a holding company that develops, produces and markets minimally invasive medical devices, mainly for urological diseases through two divisions: High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) Division and Urology Devices and Services (UDS) Division. The Company’s HIFU and UDS divisions operate in Europe, the Americas, Asia and the rest of the world. The HIFU division is engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of medical devices based on HIFU technology for the minimally invasive treatment of urological and other clinical indications. The UDS division is engaged in the development, marketing, manufacturing and servicing of medical devices for the minimally invasive diagnosis or treatment of urological disorders, mainly urinary stones, and other clinical indications.
