Empire Energy Corporation International is an exploration-stage oil and gas exploration company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for petroleum/natural gas in Tasmania, Australia via its wholly owned subsidiary Great South Land Minerals Limited. The Company is in the exploration stages and has not produced any natural resources or revenues at December 31, 2008. In December 2008, Pacific Rim Foods Ltd. was sold to Mach One Corporation. In April 2009, the Company acquired Grand Monarch Holdings Inc from Ballantyne Acquisition Corporation.
