iShares MSCI EAFE Value Index Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the MSCI EAFE Value Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the MSCI EAFE Index, and constituents of the Index include securities from Europe, Australasia (Australia and Asia) and the Far East. The Index generally represents approximately 50% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization of the MSCI EAFE Index and consists of those securities classified by MSCI Inc. as most representing the value style. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Barclays Global Fund Advisors.
