Description

Eagle Bancorp, Inc. is a one-bank holding company. The Company, through, its wholly owned subsidiary, EagleBank (the Bank) provides general commercial and consumer banking services. The Bank has seven offices serving Montgomery County, five offices in the District of Columbia and one office in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Company offers a range of commercial banking services to its business and professional clients. It provides commercial banking services to sole proprietors, small and medium-sized businesses, partnerships, corporations, non-profit organizations and associations, and investors. The services offered include deposit functions of commercial banks, including business and personal checking accounts, NOW accounts and money market and savings accounts, business, construction, and commercial loans, residential mortgages consumer loans and cash management services. As of August 31, 2008, the Company acquired Fidelity & Trust Financial Corporation.
