Entree Gold Inc. (Entree) is an exploration-stage company engaged in the exploration of mineral resource properties located in Mongolia, China and the United States. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiary companies. Entree LLC, which holds all of its assets in Mongolia but will eventually hold only those assets in Mongolia that are subject to the Entree-Ivanhoe Joint Venture. Entree U.S. Holdings Inc., organized for the purpose of holding Entree Gold (US) Inc. Entree Gold (US) Inc., formed for the purpose of conducting its United States operations. Beijing Entree Minerals Technology Company Limited, a wholly foreign owned enterprise (WFOE) in China formed on May 27, 2008, for the purpose of conducting its China operations. Entree Resources International Limited, a British Columbia corporation. Entree Resources LLC, formed to hold those Mongolian assets outside of the Entree-Ivanhoe Joint Venture.
