iShares MSCI Israel Capped Investable Market Index Fund (the Fund) is an exchange traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the MSCI Israel Capped Investable Market Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index is a custom, free float adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure broad-based equity market performance in Israel. The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The Fund invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in receipts based on securities of the Underlying Index. The investment advisor of the Fund is BlackRock Fund Advisors.
