SPDR Dow Jones Large Cap Growth ETF (the Fund), formerly SPDR DJ Wilshire Large Cap Growth ETF, seeks to replicate as closely as possible the performance of the Dow Jones United States Large-Cap Growth Total Stock Market Index (the Index). The Index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that reflects the shares of securities of the large cap portion of the Dow Jones United States Total Stock Market Index actually available to investors in the marketplace. The Index includes the components ranked 1 to 750 by full market capitalization and that are classified as growth based on six factors: projected price-to-earnings ratio, projected earnings growth, price-to-book ratio, dividend yield, trailing revenue growth, and trailing earnings growth.
