SPDR Dow Jones Large Cap ETF (the Fund), formerly SPDR DJ Wilshire Large Cap ETF, is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to replicate as closely as possible, the performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Total Stock Market Index (the Index). The Index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that represents the large-cap portion of the Dow Jones U.S. Total Stock Market Index (Total Stock Market Index). The Index includes the components of the Total Stock Market Index ranked approximately 1-750 by full market capitalization. The Fund generally invests all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the Index. In addition, the Fund may invest in securities that are not included in the Index, futures, options, swap contracts and other derivatives, cash and cash equivalents or money market instruments, such as repurchase agreements and money market funds.
