Eltek Ltd. develops, manufactures, markets and sells custom made printed circuit boards (PCB), including interconnect (HDI), multi-layered and flex-rigid boards for the medical technology, defense and aerospace, industrial equipment and telecommunications industries. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Eltek Europe GmbH for the purpose of sales promotion and marketing to certain customers in Europe. Its subsidiaries include Eltek USA Inc. and Eltek Europe GmbH and En-Eltek Netherlands 2002 B.V.
