Description

Endeavour International Corporation (Endeavour) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the production, exploration, development and acquisition of crude oil and natural gas in the United Kingdom North Sea and the United States onshore. The Company has three producing fields in the United Kingdom: Alba, Bittern and Enoch. As of December 31, 2010, the Company�s estimated proved reserves were 22.7 million barrels of oil equivalent, of approximately 55% were located in the United Kingdom and approximately 45% were located in the United States, and 23% of which were proved developed reserves. As of December 31, 2011, the three producing fields in the United Kingdom had a combined 2 million barrels of oil equivalent of proved reserves. The Company�s primary focus in the United States is onshore unconventional oil and gas shale developments targeting reserve and production growth in the Haynesville and Marcellus areas.
