Entropic Communications, Inc. (Entropic Communications), is a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets systems solutions to enable connected home entertainment. The Company's products include home networking chipsets based on the multimedia over coax alliance (MoCA) standard; high-speed broadband access chipsets; integrated circuits for digital broadcast satellite (DBS) services, and silicon television tuner integrated circuits. During the year ended December 31, 2008, 95.3% of the Company's revenues were derived from Asia, 2.6% were derived from Europe, and 2.1% were derived from the United States and other North American countries. Ten customers accounted for approximately 95% of the Company's revenues, and Motorola, Actiontec, Wistron and Jabil Circuit accounted for 36%, 20%, 10% and 8%, respectively, of its revenues.
