Entrx Corporation (Entrx) provides insulation services, including asbestos abatement and material sales, primarily in California. The Company conducts its business operations primarily through a wholly owned subsidiary, Metalclad Insulation Corporation. Entrx provides its services to a range of industrial, commercial and public agency clients. The Company’s insulation services include the installation of high- and low-temperature insulation on pipe, ducts, furnaces, boilers, and various other types of equipment. Entrx also maintains and repairs existing insulation systems, under one or multi-year maintenance contracts.
