The Company’s subsidiaries are located in such countries as France, Spain, the United States and China. Its distribution network covers more than 55 countries including, France, Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific, among others. In April 2013, it acquired Related Designs. In October 2013, it acquired Future Games of London. In November 2013, it acquired Digital Chocolate's Barcelona studio's assets.
