Atos SA, (formerly known as Atos Origin SA), is a France-based company that provides information technology (IT) services. It operates through four divisions: Managed Services, System Integration, Consulting & Technology Services and HTTS & Specialized businesses. The Consulting & Technology Services includes cost-effective transformation and solutions tailored to each industry-sector. The System Integration division encompasses Software-as- a-Service. The Managed Services division manages and transforms all the IT operations of the Company's clients, including the management of their entire information and data processing systems. The High-Tech Transactional Services (HTTS) & Specialized businesses division includes creation of electronic payment services, such as issuing, acquiring, card and non-card payment solutions and processing, as well as managing IT infrastructures for clients, including datacenters, desktop support, server farms and network communication systems.
