Epoch Holding Corporation (Epoch) is a holding company whose primary line of business is investment advisory and investment management services. The operations of the Company are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (EIP). EIP provides investment advisory and investment management services for retirement plans, mutual funds, endowments, foundations and high net worth individuals. As of June 30, 2009, EIP offered 11 separate investment products to its clients, including U.S. All Cap Value, U.S. Value, U.S. Smid (small/mid) Cap Value, U.S. Small Cap Value, U.S. Choice, International Small Cap, Global Small Cap, Global Choice, Global Absolute Return, Global Equity Shareholder Yield and Balanced Portfolios.
