The electronic discovery segment provides processing and search and review services to companies and the litigation departments of law firms. bankruptcy segment provides solutions that address the needs of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustees to administer bankruptcy proceedings and of debtor corporations that file a plan of reorganization. The settlement administration segment provides managed services, including legal notification, claims administration, project administration, and controlled disbursement.
