Description

EPR Properties, formerly Entertainment Properties Trust, is specialty real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in three primary segments: Entertainment, Recreation and Education. The Company has 180 properties across 37 states. The Company�s Entertainment segment includes 124 properties in total. The Entertainment segment consists of 117 megaplex theaters, eight entertainment retail centers and seven family entertainment centers. The Company has eight theatres located in its entertainment retail centers and two theatres in joint ventures. The Company�s Recreation segment includes 17 total properties. It consists of 11 metro ski parks, three water parks and three golf entertainment complexes. The Education segment includes 41 total properties, which are public charter schools.
