ERF Wireless, Inc. (ERFW) is providing wireless communications products and services with an emphasis on providing reliable, high-speed wireless broadband services. The core focus of the Company is designing, constructing, maintaining and monitoring high capacity secure encrypted wireless T1 replacement networks for the regional banking industry. The Company operates through three industry segments: Wireless Bundled Services Division (WBS), Wireless Messaging Services Division (WMS) and Enterprise Network Services (ENS). In August 2008, the Company formed a new Oil & Gas Services Division. In January 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Centramedia Inc.
