As of December 31, 2008, the Company’s business operations are conducted only through ETP’s wholly owned subsidiary operating partnerships, Energy Transfer Company (ETC OLP), a Texas limited partnership engaged in midstream and intrastate transportation and natural gas storage operations, Energy Transfer Interstate Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Transwestern Pipeline Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company engaged in interstate transportation of natural gas, and ETC Midcontinent Express Pipeline, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company engaged in interstate transportation of natural gas, and Heritage Operating, L.P. and Titan Energy Partners, L.P, both Delaware limited partnerships engaged in retail propane operations.
