Delignit AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of ecological products based on renewable wood materials. It provides components, parts, as well as system and module solutions, based on Delignit, a material produced from beech wood. The Company�s activities are structured into two business divisions: Automotive and Technological Applications. The Automotive business division primarily focuses on the production and sale of safety features (interior) and loading area protection for light commercial vehicles. These systems are used as floors, walls and partitions on light commercial vehicles. The Technological Applications business division focuses on floors for production sites and rail vehicles, fire safety and sound proofing in public buildings, which includes safety components and construction elements, as well as on tool construction. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries and two affiliated companies.
