IPG Investment Partners Group AG, formerly known as IPG Investment Partners Group Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, is a Germany-based investment bank for medium-sized companies and wealthy private clients. The Bank is active in four business segments. The Private Banking unit provides portfolio management and investment consulting services. The Asset Management business segment's range of services includes asset management for institutional investors, fund management and development of such financial products as certificates. The Corporate Finance division serves small and medium-sizes companies, covering capital market transactions, stock exchange listing procedures and alternative methods of financing companies. The Financial Markets division comprises three business areas: Designated Sponsoring that concentrates on medium-sized listed companies; Brokerage, engaged in trading for the Bank�s own account, and Sales, involved in the placement of shares and bonds.
