Korsair Holdings AG is a Switzerland-based holding company that is engaged in direct investments and participations in various projects and companies in the field of Waste to Energy, Biomass to Energy, Wind Energy, Energy Storage Solutions, System Integration and Green Technology Investments. The Company has signed license and marketing agreements for two green technologies: A Waste/Biomass to Biofuel technology and an energy storage technology with capacities of 240 Ampere-hours (Ah), 380 Ah and 770 Ah. The Waste/Biomass to Biofuel technology turns municipal solid waste (MSW) or other biological waste to synthetic biodiesel, electricity or district heating. The Company's investment strategy is to obtain whole ownership of their investments and structure them into separate special purpose vehicles (SPV). The regional focus of the Company's activities is the Balkans the European waste-to-energy market.
