Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. Its secondary objective is capital appreciation. The Fund invests in two investment categories: United States government agency mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and investments rated below investment-grade, which include (but are not limited to) senior, secured loans and high-yield bonds.
