Claymore/Beacon Global Exchanges, Brokers & Assets Managers Index ETF (the Fund), formerly Claymore/Clear Global Exchanges, Brokers & Asset Managers Index ETF, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an index called the Beacon Global Exchanges, Brokers & Asset Managers Index (the Index). The Index consists of approximately 100 equity securities traded on global exchanges, including master limited partnerships (MLPs), as well as American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) of companies that operate a security exchange or brokerage/asset management firm as a primary business. The companies in the Index are intended to be representative of the highest ranking stocks in the global universe of companies engaged in these businesses as determined through independent research provided by Beacon Indexes LLC (Beacon or the Index Provider). The Fund's investment advisor is Claymore Advisors, LLC.
