iShares S&P Global Industrials Sector Index Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global Industrials Sector Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the S&P Global 1200 Index, and measures the performance of companies that S&P deems to be part of the industrials sector of the economy. Component companies include manufacturers and distributors of capital goods, providers of commercial services and supplies, and transportation service providers. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Barclays Global Fund Advisors.
