Egdon Resources plc is a United Kingdom-based company engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas reserves in onshore England and France. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2008, the Company had oil production of 23,430 barrels from Keddington and Avington. The Company’s subsidiaries include Egdon Resources U.K. Limited, Egdon Resources (New Ventures) Ltd and Egdon Resources (Purbeck) Limited. The subsidiaries are involved in oil and gas exploration and production. In March 2009, the Company acquired YCI Resources Limited from the Heyco Energy Group.
