Erickson Incorporated (Erickson), formerly Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated, is global provider of aviation services to commercial and government customers across the world. The Company is engaged in the operation and manufacture of the Erickson S-64 Aircrane (Aircrane), a heavy-lift helicopter. The Company operates in two business segments: Government and Commercial. The Company’s Government segment consists of contracts with various governments who use its services for firefighting, defense and security, transportation and other government related activities. The Company’s Commercial segment is comprised primarily of timber harvesting, infrastructure construction, and manufacturing/ MRO contracts. The Company offers heavy-lift helicopter solutions, including the design, engineering, development, manufacturing, and testing of the Aircrane, as well as Aerial Services and MRO services. It has production, maintenance, and logistics facilities in Central Point, Oregon.
