Fala SA (Fabrique Alsacienne de Levure et Alcools) is a France-based holding company, principally engaged in the production of ingredients for the food industry. As of December 31, 2008, the Company held a minority stake in three entities: a 19.95% in Societe Industrielle de Levure Fala Sarl, a 13.99% stake in Bio Springer SA and a 19.53% stake in the Spain-based company Paniberica de Levadura SA. Fala SA provides different categories of products, such as industrial yeast, as well as nutrients for microorganisms and nutritional ingredients for the pet industry.
