Aberdeen Asia-Pacific Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund would seek to achieve its investment objective, through investment in Australian and Asian debt securities. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings, for investment purposes, in Asian debt securities or securities denominated in, or linked to, the currency of an Asian country, and 20% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in Australian debt securities and New Zealand debt securities, or securities denominated in, or linked to, the currency of an Australian and/or New Zealand country. The investment manager of the Fund is Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Limited. The investment adviser of the Fund is Aberdeen Asset Management Limited. The investment sub-adviser of the Fund is Aberdeen Asset Management Investment Services Limited.
