SPDR DJ Stoxx 50 ETF (the Fund) seeks to replicate as closely as possible the price and yield performance of the Dow Jones STOXX 50 Index (the Index). The Index is a free-float, market capitalization-weighted index that captures approximately 60% of the underlying market capitalization of the pan-European Dow Jones STOXX Total Market Index. The Dow Jones STOXX Total Market Index covers approximately 95% of the free-float market capitalization of the investable universe in Europe. The Fund uses a passive management strategy designed to track the price and yield performance of the Index. The Fund’s investment manager is SSgA Funds Management, Inc.
