Force Energy Corp. (Force), formerly Nuance Resources Corp., is engaged in the business of identifying, evaluating and qualifying natural gas and oil wells, and investing in interests in those wells. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), Force held 20% of the working interest of County Line Energy Corp. in the Hayter Well located in Alberta, Canada. On February 12, 2008, the Company completed a merger with its subsidiary, Force Energy Corp.
