Forward Industries, Inc. is engaged in designing, marketing and distributing carry solutions for hand held consumer electronics products, including soft-sided carrying cases, bags, clips, hand straps, decorative face plates, and other accessories for medical monitoring and diagnostic kits, cellular telephones, cameras, and other consumer electronic products. The Company sells these products in two customer markets. The primary customer market is original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), who package the carry solution products as accessories in box together with their own product offerings and to an extent the contract manufacturing firms of these OEM customers. The second customer market consists of retailers and distributors in the cell phone products aftermarket to whom it sell Company-branded products and carry solutions bearing the Motorola trademarks. The Company do not manufacture any of the products it sells and distributes.
