Solarpraxis AG is a Germany-based company which combines the provision of solar engineering technical services with consultancy and integrated communications to support its customers. The Company is active within four business units: Engineering, Solarpraxis Publishing, Conferences, and Design and Communication. Its consultants advise corporate groups on solar investments, provide solar module installation advice for technicians and advise end-customers on which systems would be suitable for them. Solarpraxis AG is engaged in the organization of solar conferences and the publishing of technical literature in the form of journals, books, compact disk read only memory (CD-ROM) and learning software. Solarpraxis AG also organizes congresses and events in Germany, Spain and Italy. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had one subsidiary, Sunbeam GmbH.
