Solar Cell & Module segment is engaged in the development and sales of production lines for the manufacture of crystalline solar cells, including engineering and technological process services. The Thin Film Module, the Company provides development and sales of production lines for CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Diselenide) thin film modules. In the Semiconductors & Microelectronics division, the Company develops and produces production systems for the manufacture of semiconductor components. On July 10, 2012, the Company filed for opening of insolvency proceedings.
