On September 24, 2009, the Company acquired 100% of Earth Oil Services, Inc., which owns certain exclusive license agreements to utilize the product EncapSol. EncapSol is a chemical solvent that can separate, extract and recycle hydrocarbon contaminants from ground soils, tar sands, vessels and other materials.
