CurrencyShares Mexican Peso Trust (the Trust) is a grantor trust. The Trust issues shares (the Shares) in blocks of 50,000 (a Basket) in exchange for deposits of Mexican Pesos and distributes Mexican Pesos in connection with the redemption of Baskets. The investment objective of the Trust is for the Trust’s shares (the Shares) to reflect the price of the Mexican Peso. The Bank of New York serves as the trustee for the Trust. The Sponsor of the Trust is Rydex Specialized Products LLC.
