Global Resource Energy, Inc (Global Resource), formerly Myriad International, Corp, is a development-stage company. The Company intends to export structural insulated panels (SIP), from North America to Russia. As of January 31, 2010, the Company had not started its operations, and had not generated any revenues. SIP are used in as an alternative construction material for homes, small commercial and other buildings. They consist of a sandwich of two layers of structural board with an insulating layer of foam in between. The board is usually oriented strand board (OSB) and the foam is either expanded polystyrene foam (EPS), extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) or polyurethane foam. The Company plans to market its products in the Russian Federation.
