Golden Dory Resources Corp. (Golden Dory), formerly 540 Capital Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company focused on developing gold, base metal and uranium properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s properties include Burin, Brady, Little Rattling Rock, Pilley’s Island, Gabbro Lake (Sims Ridge) and Huxter Lane. As of June 30, 2009, The Brady property consisted of 419 claims in 11 licenses. As of June 30, 2009, the Company acquired 3135 claims (46 licenses) in four properties, collectively called the Burin Project. The properties include Grand Beach, Lawn, Salmonier Hill and Gisborne Lake. The Little Rattling Property lies to the east and south of the communities of Bishop’s Falls and Grand Falls-Windsor. The Pilley’s Island property is located on Pilley’s Island in northeastern Newfoundland. On August 26, 2008, 540 Capital Corp. completed its qualifying transaction with Golden Dory Resources Ltd. (DORY), pursuant to which 540 Capital Corp. acquired DORY.
