Guaranty Insurance Services, Inc. is a full-service insurance agency engaged in property and casualty insurance, as well as fixed annuities. The insurance agency operates through 17 offices located in both Texas and California. In August 2009, the Company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
