Greentree Gas & Oil Ltd. (Greentree) is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of oil and gas properties. During the year ended December 31, 2008, it conducted its activities in the province of Ontario, Canada. The Company’s properties include Rodney Unit 3 Property, Rodney North Prospect, Haldimand County and Rodney South Property. During 2008, the Company averaged 92 boe (barrels of oil equivalent) sold per day. The Company completed drilling of five infill development wells in Rodney Unit 3 pool. The Rodney North Prospect is comprised of a lease block of approximately 500 acres. The Company conducted sidewall core sampling over an approximate 200 meter section of shale in the Ordovician Blue Mountain-Collingwood formations. Rodney South project was equipped with eight Wavefront Powerwave tools.
