Greatland Gold plc (Greatland) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on gold in Tasmania and Western Australia. The Company owns four mineral projects comprising seven mineral licenses all located in Australia. These projects are Firetower Gold Project, Warrentinna Gold Project, Lisle Gold Project and Lackman Rock Gold Project. The Firetower Gold Project consists of three mineral licenses, Firetower, Firetower East and Quamby Brook. The Warrentinna Gold Project comprises two mineral licenses, Warrentinna and Southern Cross. The Lisle Project consists of the East Lisle property located in northern Tasmania. The East Lisle property was acquired in August 2008. The Lackman Rock Gold Project consists of the Lackman Rock mineral license. At Firetower, the Company is evaluating magnetic surveys to define additional targets for gold and base metals mineralization.
