Description

EMC Metals Corp., formerly Golden Predator Mines Inc, is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of mineral development and mining of tungsten, silver and gold. Its principal properties are located in the state of Nevada and surrounding states with additional properties located in the province of Ontario and state of North Carolina. Its principal properties include the Springer Mine and Mill located in Pershing County, Nevada, and the Fostung Property, a tungsten exploration project located in Ontario, Canada. On August 15, 2008, it acquired Fury Explorations Ltd. In March 2009, it completed the spin-out of Golden Predator Royalty & Development Corp. As a result of the arrangement, the Company changed its name to EMC Metals Corp. In December 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of The Technology Store, Inc.
