Description

Goodrich Corporation (Goodrich) is a supplier of aerospace components, systems and services to the commercial and general aviation airplane markets. The Company is also a supplier of systems and products to the global defense and space markets. Its business is conducted globally with manufacturing, service and sales undertaken in various locations throughout the world. Goodrich’s products and services are principally sold to customers in North America, Europe and Asia. The Company operates in three segments: Actuation and Landing Systems, Nacelles and Interior Systems, and Electronic Systems. The Company’s products include nacelles, actuation systems, landing gear, aircraft wheels and brakes, engine control systems, engine control systems, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems, sensor systems and power systems. On December 31, 2008, the Company formed Rolls-Royce Goodrich Engine Control Systems Limited, a joint venture with Rolls-Royce Group plc (R-R).
