Graco Inc. (Graco) designs, manufactures and markets equipment for pump, meter, mix and a variety of fluids and coatings. The Company�s equipment is used in a range of industries, including construction, automotive, industrial and machinery, mining, oil and gas, public works and other industries. Graco operates in three segments namely Industrial, Contractor and Lubrication. Primary users of its equipment include contractors and original equipment manufacturers (OEM), who uses the Company�s equipment in applications, which include construction, manufacturing, processing and maintenance industries. Its equipment is also used to paint, finish, fill, glue and seal a range of goods and materials. The Company manufactures its products in the United States, Belgium, Romania, Switzerland and the People�s Republic of China (PRC). It sells its products in North, Central and South America (the Americas), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific.
