Cohen & Steers Global Realty Majors ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an index called the Cohen & Steers Global Realty Majors Index (the Index). The Index consists of the largest and most liquid securities within the global real estate universe that Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. (the Index provider) believes are likely to lead the global securitization of real estate. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks and other equity securities (which may include American depositary receipts (ADRs), American depositary shares (ADS), global depositary receipts (GDRs) and international depositary receipts (IDRs)) that comprise the Index. The Fund generally will invest in all of the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Alps Advisers, Inc. and its sub-advisor is Mellon Capital Management Corporation.
