Grizzly Discoveries Inc, formerly Grizzly Diamonds Ltd., is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of diamonds and industrial metals on properties in Alberta and precious metals on properties in British Columbia. The Company’s projects include Smoky The Bear, White Bear, Grand Cub Aidan, Legend Property, Peak Property, French Property, Silver Bear Property and Greenwood Property. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company acquired a 50% interest in 072261 BC Ltd. (BCco). BCco holds a 56% interest in the Rock Creek Joint Venture (RC-JC), giving Grizzly an indirect 28% interest in the RC-JV. The Rock Creek property, held by the RC-JV, is adjacent to and forms part of Grizzly’s Greenwood area of interest, included in Grizzly’s BC precious mineral properties. The subsidiary of the Company is Alberta Potash Corp.
