Gabriel Resources Ltd. (Gabriel) is a Canadian resource company engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Romania. Gabriel is at the permitting stage in the process to develop, construct and operate the Rosia Montana gold and silver project, an undeveloped gold deposit in Europe. Roșia Montana Gold Corporation (RMGC) holds an exploitation license for the Project. Through its 80.7% equity shareholding in RMGC, Gabriel has a majority ownership interest in the Project. The Company’s second project, the Bucium project, comprising of the Rodu-Frasin (epthermal gold/silver) and Tarnita (porphyry copper-gold) deposits, is considered as an advanced and early stage exploration project. Rosia Montana is a community of sixteen villages located in a district known as the Golden Quadrilateral, in the South Apuseni Mountains of Transylvania, Romania.
