Description

Fuel Tech, Inc. is a technology company. The Company is engaged in the development, commercialization and application of technologies for air pollution control, process optimization, combustion and engineering services. The Company operates as an integrated company with a capital projects business to leverage its Air Pollution Control (APC) technologies and a specialty chemicals business which builds upon its FUEL CHEM processes. Its products include nitrogen oxides (NOx) control systems and its ULTRA technology, which converts urea-to-ammonia on site and provides reagent for use in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems. The products include burner systems, selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) systems, combined systems, ULTRA technology, SCR processes and services, and electrostatic precipitator (ESP) processes and services. The Company's segments include Air Pollution Control technology segment and the FUEL CHEM technology segment.
